Mon 9 Knayton Parish Council meeting 7.15 Knayton village hall. The annual precept will be discussed at this meeting.

Wed 25 Borrowby Village Hall Committee AGM 8pm in the village hall. The meeting is open to all residents.

Sat 28 Bingo and Supper in aid of Knayton School at Borrowby Village Hall. 8 games of bingo and a hot supper for £12 pp. Book early via school, a friend of Knayton School, or Lucy on 537178. Booking essential for catering purposes.

Sat 28 Sausages & Mash Supper at the Wheatsheaf Inn Borrowby. Cost £10 including dessert in aid of The Ayries Society, call 537274 to book.

Tue 7 Knayton Ladies' Group 8pm in Knayton Village Hall. "Mr Pickles from Ripon will be giving a talk about his work and experiences as a Hornblower." Visitors welcome £2 including refreshments.

Sat 3 The Fabulous Fifties created by the History Wardrobe followed by singing and dancing to all all the popular tunes of the decade by a fifties group. Enjoy a fifties style buffet supper.
